Andrew will shortly be having an interlocutory hearing to establish that I have a prima facie case against Facebook & Google that their ban on cryptocurrency advertising breached Australian Competition Law.

Here are the consolidated submissions for that hearing which concisely (25 pages) sets out the case with all the law and evidence referenced.

The concise court book represents a shortened version of the evidence we've submitted by including only the relevant passages of some much longer documents such as the full financial results of Facebook and Google and a very long government report.
